4. Once your parcel arrives at your chosen SF Station / SF Locker / 7-Eleven / Circle K / SF Service Centre / Alfred Locker, you will receive an SMS notification. Please collect your parcel within the collection deadline.
5. MTR station meet-up is available only at Ngau Tau Kok / Kowloon Bay / Kwun Tong stations. Please contact customer service immediately after ordering to arrange the location and time. Other locations may be negotiable depending on manpower; if the location is too far, you may need to cover the round-trip travel cost.
6. The "Zeek" same-day delivery service is newly set up for customers who wish to receive their goods the same day. Order before 10:00 a.m. and notify customer service; we will dispatch your goods first thing before 11:00 a.m. to ensure you receive them before 11:00 p.m. the same day.
