How to use:
1. Before each use, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. (First use: soak in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes to sterilise / use a dedicated sanitising spray.) 2. Squeeze the rim at the same time with your thumb and forefinger, shaping it like a figure '8'. 3. Push the back rim of the cup inside the vagina, behind the cervix. 4. Hook your two fingers upwards to position the front rim behind the pelvis, so it fits snugly against the cervix and collects menstrual flow.
How to remove:
1. Before each removal, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Hook your thumb and forefinger onto the front rim of the cup and slowly slide it out, keeping it level. 3. Pour the fluid into the toilet, wash the cup with soap and water / use a dedicated sanitising spray, then reinsert it.
